Star Wars Episode 10 could be centered around Rey's Jedi Order, and the sequel trilogy's hero is better placed for rebuilding it than Luke Skywalker.
If Star Wars Episode X were to bring back Rey (Daisy Ridley), she could do a better job of rebuilding the Jedi Order than Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), avoiding the mistakes he made along the way. Whether Star Wars 10 (and beyond) happens remains to be seen, but there have been rumors that Disney is developing a new Star Wars trilogy set after the sequels. This would apparently focus on a new Jedi Order, although few other details about its timeline and which characters might be involved have been revealed. Still, even if it's a long way off, there is potential in that idea, especially if centered around a familiar figure.

The setup for Rey rebuilding the Jedi Order in Star Wars 10 is there in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker's ending, with Rey standing as ostensibly the lone Jedi in the galaxy, igniting her yellow lightsaber and a suggestion for hope for a brighter future. Prior to that, the sequels had revealed what happened to the previous Jedi Order, with Luke's attempts at creating a new one collapsing when Ben Solo (Adam Driver) turned to the dark side, destroying the Jedi Temple, with Luke then exiling himself on Ahch-To. If the Jedi were to begin again, is there any guarantee things wouldn't go the same way? If Rey is leading them, then yes.Luke's Jedi Order failed, in part, because he simply repeated the mistakes of old. Even before Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid) commanded that Order 66 be executed, the Jedi under Grand Master Yoda were failing because of his strict dogmatic ways, which prohibited emotional attachments. Luke himself repeated these teachings, as seen with Grogu in The Book of Boba Fett, forcing him to choose between the Jedi and the Mandalorian, to let go of bonds completely or to hold on tighter. Given Yoda trained Luke, it makes some sense he would pass on what he'd learned, but it's the wisdom of Yoda himself that helps to suggest Rey's Jedi Order would be different. In Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Yoda's Force Ghost tells Luke that masters "are what [students] grow beyond," and it's likely that would be the case for Rey, who is well-placed to create a new kind of Order.
Rey herself has already seen and learned from Luke's mistakes, discovering the truth of how he failed Ben and hearing his views on what the Jedi's future should be. She has also learned the importance of attachments: it is through her friendships, loyalties, and perhaps even romances that she is able to grow as both a person and a Jedi, and to defeat Palpatine at the end of The Rise of Skywalker. Rey has no reason to believe that Jedi holding emotional attachments is a bad thing; even if she reads the sacred Jedi texts, it doesn't necessarily mean she'd repeat Luke's mistakes (the Jedi of the High Republic can empower themselves by embracing love, not rejecting it, so it's not necessarily an ancient doctrine as it is one that was warped over time).
Rey is already well established as a different kind of Jedi, someone who channels the light side of the Force but also understands (and comes from) the dark. She has forged incredibly strong bonds with Finn (John Boyega) and Ben, she has let herself feel all kinds of emotion and knows the power of love, family, and close attachments. Her story is one of finding her place in the world, of creating a sense of family and purpose in a more unifying manner, whereas Luke had a more typical, individual hero's journey. It therefore wouldn't make sense for her to turn against that when creating a new Jedi Order, should it happen in Star Wars 10, but instead it's more likely Rey would actively encourage it, allowing a new generation of Jedi to tap into different sides of themselves and perhaps uncover other Force powers, and to shine beyond what Luke's Order and that of the prequels managed.The Source: https://screenrant.com/star-wars-10-rey-jedi-order-luke-skywalker-mistakes/
